“I was traveling for work. I booked a $1,065.76 for the week Suite, 1 King Bed with a kitchen. They charged me the full rate and put me in a single double bed that was at best, updated in the 1980's. When I complained the change in the room and not the price, I was told they would give me 10 minutes to cancel. This was after a 25 hour drive from Colorado at 8:30 to 9pm at night. I canceled and was left with trying to find a hotel at 10pm at night. Do not believe the pictures at all. This……

“We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. The dining area was comfortable. Offer better descriptions of the rooms. Two bedrooms shared the same shower, separated by adjoining shower doors. Great neighborhood with park near by. Conveniently……

“Very nice place to stay. Our host was very helpful and always available. Very clean. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen and bathroom.”

“The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m.”

“The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC.”
